Production readiness, supplier execution, and qualification evidence.
The execution layer for intelligence abundance.
semiAIfoundryTM is built on the conviction that frontier capability only matters when it becomes trusted execution in the institutions that shape the real economy.
Important work rarely fails for lack of ideas. It slows down when tools fragment, coordination stays manual, evidence is scattered, and the impact of change is understood too late.
As intelligence becomes more abundant, the enduring opportunity is to build domain-specific systems that carry context, standards, decision history, and operating memory into the work itself.
Fitih “Fitz” Cinnor, Ph.D., MBA
Dr. Cinnor bridges fundamental materials innovation and advanced technology development with global semiconductor scaling.
Prior to founding semiAIfoundryTM, he served as Global Portfolio Director for Semiconductor Materials at 3M, where he managed full P&L and led global growth strategy, capacity expansion, and strategic ecosystem partnerships. Previously, Dr. Cinnor spent years leading advanced technology development and process/equipment platform teams at Intel, successfully transitioning leading-edge semiconductor process architectures from initial research into high-volume manufacturing.
He holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science & Engineering (Electronic Materials) from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MBA in Strategic Management from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
Dr. Cinnor founded semiAIfoundryTM on a simple conviction: the next era of technology value will be created by bringing frontier capability into the operating core of essential industries and turning it into trusted execution.
The company builds where better operating foundations can change what expert teams are able to produce, teach, deliver, and transact under real-world constraints.
Focused domains, shared operating logic.
Mastery, feedback, and measurable progress in demanding learning environments.
Care delivery, documentation quality, and accountable handoffs.
Trusted transactions, market operations, and digital transformation.
